OpennessHaving spent the last few hours checking out some competitors sites, I find it interesting that a lot of the Enterprise 2.0 crowd doesn't have public blogs or discussion forums on their sites. I can't help but wonder - How can this be? How can you promote and sell interactive and collaborative tools, without collaborating and interacting publicly youself? On that note, here is a promise - our blogs will always allow comments- even anonymous ones. We encourage feedback because we're passionate about bringing best in breed solutions to the enterprise and we TRULY believe that the best way to do this is to use the tools ourselves. The term in the software industry is "eating your own dog food" - using your own products the way they are supposed to be used. We use them in house, top to bottom, and we encourage you to ask us lots of question, get clarifications, tell us when we make mistakes and point us in the direction that you want the product to go. I won't promise that every idea will make it into the software - but we will be listening.
